Da’Cipher 360 grew from men examining their own lives, reconnecting with their humanity, and recognizing a responsibility to use hard-earned wisdom in service of others.

What began as reflection became healing. What became healing grew into responsibility—and responsibility became a movement.

How Da’Cipher 360 Began

Many of the men began this journey while incarcerated. Time gave them clarity about the wounds beneath their choices and the conditions that would have to change for the future to look different.

They chose to become the mentors, leaders, organizers, and protectors they once needed themselves—from the margins to the movement.
